An organization, like a business or a company, functions like the human body. It is made up of different parts and different systems that have different specific functions. Like how the nerves in the nervous system do their job by sending signals to the brain, an individual member of an organization works for the department that he belongs in, so that the entire department can also function well.

When an entire department is functioning well, this presents a good sign for the organization. However, there is not only one department in the entire group. The other departments, who also have individual members, must be competent at doing what is required of them for the organization to keep running; otherwise, the organization fails, much like a life form: when the heart stops pumping blood, all other body systems cease to function.

In order for an organization to stay alive, the members must be competent and well-trained for their tasks. One individual member can affect the progress of the entire group, like how one weak body organ affects the function of others. An organization can keep on going by making sure that its members are educated and trained in the ways of leadership and management.

Organization leaders and members that undergo leadership and management training will learn the importance of teamwork and cooperation in achieving their common goals. They will learn how to monitor and manage the processes that happen in the group. They may learn techniques that will help them be more systematic in their individual and group tasks.

All of the members and all the departments and subdivisions in an organization have a common goal: to keep the organization going. At the heart of a thriving organization is executive wellness. The leaders of the group must be responsible and competent; otherwise nobody will be able to command the group. And like what good exercise does to the human body, leadership trainings can make organizations stronger.

They can learn individual leadership. An organization indeed requires the cooperation of all its members, but it is also essential that the leader is able to direct the members successfully. The head or heads of the organization can be taught on how to become leaders that are more confident and effective; thus giving the members of the group a competent leader who can guide them toward their goals.
